Its from a company called Progressive Financial. They collect OLD student loans under contract from the U.S. Department of Education.

caller said she was Shannon Miller.... asked to speak to my wife... said she was a friend of my wife and she wanted her work number... when I informed her that we didn't know her and I wasn't giving out my wife's work number... she tried to be charming and asked for her cell number... a***n I repeated that I wasn't giving nothing out to someone I don't know... she then gave her number 602-453-8906. I called my wife at work and asked if she knew anyone named Shannon Miller and she replied that she didn't.
