Portfolio Recovery****ociates. They buy old debt for pennies on the dollar, have no idea if the debt is legitimate or too old to file claim on but will harass a person to *****, then tack on their own charges to inflate the original debt to thousands of dollars. They call between 7 AM to 10 PM at night. They don't listen to the fact that they have the wrong person, wrong number. They just continue to call.
