Calvery Portfolio is a debt collection agency that collects for Citi financial. They call all the time. Can't accept they have the wrong#.

They are a debit collector, and do not follow their own policies or letters that they send out.

I just got a call from some lady live operator asking for a "timmy tyler", even though i'm in california, i wouldn't know how she wouldve gotten my number if she was in another state.

I got a call from Cavalry Investments, LLC today and they asked for me and were apparently looking for my ex-hosband who I divorced 14 years ago! Who are these people and why are they bothering me?!

I too have received calls non stop from these people at least 5 times a week. At one point they called every hour on the hour from 7am until 6pm. When I answer the phone, no one says anything, they just **** up but I know it's a person because I can hear them breathing. then I call back and get their automated message and get no where with that. They even leave messages on my cell phone but in the messages, no one talks. You can hear talking and laughing in the background but that's pretty much it.  I'm getting pretty tired of it to be honest with you. And I don't know who this William Bylar person is but I get phone calls from debt collector every single day for 5 years for this guy and no matter how many time I tell them that I'm not him and that this isn't his number they get rude, **** up, and call back a few hours later. I'm ready to go ballistic!

Well, I've received several calls from this sham outfit over the last few months, but nothing like 5-6 calls a day. Like you, we have no debt, so these calls cons***ute harassment.   I think if I were you, I would hire a lawyer and go after them or contact your state attorney's office  and file a complaint. These are things which I plan to do if the harassment ever s****s a***n.    These rat-like people need to be put behind bars, and their leaders exposed for the s*** that they are. BTW, I don't suppose you've ever belonged to any fan clubs or organizations where private information such as phone numbers and addresses were obtained by "bad" people.

We have received calls from Calvary several times.  We are in our 70's and everything we own is paid for.  We do not have any debts period!!  We have been getting calls from I.C.Systems also everyday for the past 2 months.  They call 5-6 times a day.  We do not answer any of these calls at all as we do not have any debts.  So, we just unplugged all of our phones.  We can tell when they call as our caller ID lights up, but we don't have to be bothered with all the ringing from the telephone.  Whenever they call, which is 5-6 times a day, I just keep calling the Do Not Call List and I report every single one of these calls.  So far, we still keep getting harrassed every day 5-6 times each day.

These people are crazy!!! They don't listen or care. I say be rude as***** to them because they are rude to you. Also, please look up the Fair Debt Collection Act. It outlines your rights and what a debt collection agency can and cannot do. Good Luck.

This lady has called me many times. I have only answered twice. She is looking for an Erica. I've told her I have had the phone for over a year and I do not know anyone by that name. The second time I answered she said it has to have so****ing to do with Erica because it keeps coming back to my number. I want this ****** lady to quit calling me. I looked it up on the internet and found this site with everyone else's complaints. My boyfriend called the number and it came to a recording that said Cavalry Portfolio Services.

They call me twice a week and ask for cletus. Even after I tell them I am not Cletus the guy repeatidly asks for my full name and when I tell him I am a pesky plumber he yells at me.He is also very rude!!! I think the caller is a con man!!! You shouldn't give them any personal info!! If anything you should report this to the FCC(at the very least **** up the phone or yell at the guy)!!!

Yes, these people are annoying AND rude. I work nights and continue to get calls during the day for a "William Dean?". When I explain they've got the wrong numer and/or wrong person; and ask who's calling they get feisty and evasive. Promise to take my number off their list, but still will call back in a few days or weeks. The FCC doesn't seem very effective here.

they continue to call repeatedly and ask for tina or william hanson and i have had the same number for 5 years and they call every week and it is usually 2-3 times aper day and is usually is about 3 days per week, i keep telling them they do not live here and they insist on leaving a message and   i am sick of it i am going to drop my phone line and go with a cell phone becasue i hate it so much, i found the nimber by *69 after they ***g up last time
