I received a call today from this number. The guys said he was Mr. Ortiz with the Office of A.R.S and he received some paperwork he wants to talk to me about. He didnt say what paperwork it was but he said it was time sensitive and told me to call the number that showed up on my caller id but I would need to keep in mind that I would be bounced around and transfered several times before hopefully getting to him.I am not calling this number back. I have no knowledge of paperwork he should have that regards me and he said it is time sensitive that it may not be on his desk by morning. He did say several times that he was not a telemarketer and was not trying to sell me so****ing.

Just got a call that went to voice mail and she Blathered on and on that I should call some 800 number

They will say very ***UE things, like they have your file. What does that even mean? Of course Im not gonna return your call if I dont even know what its for, clowns.

In addition to being called from this number during times known to be inconvenient; the caller did not clearly state who they were representing. Also they failed to provide information or do***entation supporting their claim of an unresolved debt, when asked for it.

I have a cel phone for my personal use and emergencies. I have been getting calls from this number regarding a Capital One account which I believed to be resolved. I have made it clear that I am unavailable during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm during summer hours, and 9 am to 6 pm when the clocks c****e for areas outside Arizona.  According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, they are not allowed to call you during times known to be inconvenient. § 805. Communication in connection with debt collection (a) COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER GENERALLY. Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt—(1) at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known to be inconvenient to the consumer 15 USC 1692b15 USC 1692c6§ 805 15 USC 1692cconsumer. In the absence of knowledge of cir***stances to the contrary, a debt collector shall****ume that the convenient time for communicating with a consumer is after 8 o’clock antimeridian and before 9 o’clock postmeridian, local time at the consumer’s location;   I have made the times and place KNOWN, therefore they sould not be calling during those times. Therefore it is a blatant violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for them to contact me during the times stated.  Corrina did not identify the name of her company when she called me on my cel phone during the times I had made clear to a previous caller.

This number has called my cell phone numerous times, but there is no one on the line.  Very annoying, frustrating, and it is using up my minutes! Ugh!!!!!

This number and several others related to, keep calling and asking for a person that is not here.  this number (602-714-2933)  shows as a cell number on my caller ID , but in fact is not.  I am almost certain that this is a falsely listed number to try to hook you for so****ing. It could be a Creditor or credit office calling it could be an advertiser, but either way, they refuse to give who they are or what or who they represent.  I have reported this number to the Federal DNC.If anyone has information, it would greatly be appreciated if it was posted here, so others can possibly get together and file a harassment suit a***nst these type of callers

They keep calling my phone and ****ing up! When I call back it is always busy!

I have limited borrowed minutes on the cell phone that is need only for medical and emergencys. There are repeated calls coming in from this number 602-714-2933 which are using minutes that are needed for medical emergencys only. PLEASE STOP.

They are a collection company.
