This place called me numerous times stating the were the loan modification dept. at citimortgage. Thinking I was doing a loan modification, they told me not to send any further payments until all of the paperwork was  done and signed at which time my new payments would s****.Imagine my surprise when citimortgage called me today about missed payments and had no idea what I was talking about with the loan mod.  and said this company was not affiliated with them at all.Putting us in danger of losing our home. I have contacted an attorney and will be sueing.   Disgusting people

Hydro Aluminum is an actual company in Arizona - but they make aluminum products.  W***ver this scam company is they are hiding behind another company name and I am sure Hydro Aluminum is not aware of they way their company name is being used.  Since we can't get rid of them, I am calling Hydro Aluminum to let them know and maybe they can take some kind of action a***nst them for, copyright, fraud, slader or whatever!Here is a link to their contact in P***nixhttp://www.hydro.com/northamerica/p***nix

Same as most postings.  Caller ID states "Hydro Aluminum"; say they are calling re our Citimortage account and that we are eligible for loan modification process.  Although I press "2" to be removed from the list, they still continue to call.  Tonight I called the number on caller id and pressed "1" to speak with a person.  The first time no one answered.  The second time, when someone answered (a woman) I asked how to be taken off of the calling list--then was immediately disconnected.  I called back a 3rd time and a woman named Louisa answered--she claimed that she did not **** up on me earlier.  I asked about the company, she said they are not Citimortgage, but work with citimortgage customers to see if they are eligible for "President Obama's home loan modification program" (which we all know now is pretty much a flop in and of itself and a tiny percent of the thousands of people who have actually applied did not qualify)--so  I recognized that this is someone trying to make money off of a program that is not going to actually go anywhere.  The Caller Id states "Hydro Aluminum", the message that is left states the company's name is "Mediation Services" and Louisa told me that the company is called "North American Debt Relief".  She stated that she would manually remove me from the call list.  We'll see.

Stay clear and pass along to your friends and family.  They are loan modification scam artist who say they are attorneys with Citimortgage.  Matthew Goldstein scammed me out of $1000.00 on Oct 14, 2010 and Nov 9th, 2010. They are not debt collectors.

That's is exactly what I did. Pressed 2 and they are still calling. Imagine that

anyone tried to make mod trough anybody, where do they get this numbers.

Got a message claiming to be from citimortgage and saying that I am approved for a modification

Got two calls. No messages. Still getting requests for loan Mod on my DEAD mother-in-law's house. Told CitiMortgage she died two months ago, but they just don't seem to get it.

I just received a call to my cell with that number and no message when I didn't answer it.  and the last couple days received a call on my home phone with the "Hydro Aluminum" ID...I also didn't answer because I don't when I don't know the caller !!**** these people, wish they would leave us alone....there is no longer any privacy anywhere......and I am beginning - no - make that I am now sick of banks and their progeny

This caller will not stop calling for another person - they call for someone with a similar last name.

Follow up.  I got a real person this time named Randy Santoro.  Claims they are real and work for CitiMortgage on modifications of existing home loans.  Asked to be removed from list and stated "would do the best in his powers to remove my number."

Yup..same thing.  I called CitiMortgage and they said I had a code on my account.. for whatever reason.. and that they would remove the code so I would not get calls back.  This is a "collection company" for them.  I have been and still am current.  Annoying message that doesn't work if you hit 1 or 2 any way.

Called Oct 20th claiming to be citimortgage.and that we were approved for loan modification. According to the Real Citimortgage this number is not them. Don't give personal info.

I just received a call from this number. It was a recording from CitiMortgage saying that we have been pre-approved for a loan modification on our mortgage with them, and to press 1 for more information, or 2 to be removed from their calling list. I pressed 2.

They got my cell number from CitiMortgage.

The last 5 evenings I have received a call from #602-734-0147 caller ID shows Hydro Aluminum as well, I have not answered the phone, I don't typically if I don't recognize the number - They never leave a message and they call around the same time every night.

I also saw that number, and the caller ID says "Hydro Aluminum". Strange.
