Just got the 1st 2 calls but I can feel already that this could be a problem. People who are rude from the s**** and won't take "no, thank you" or "do not call" for an answer are dangerous.

IPS Merchant Services continue to call my business everyday since I've s****ed ****ing up on them. At first I was polite when they would ask for the 'owner of the business' and told them I was not interested, but the calls continued. It was monthly, then weekly, now everyday.

When I answered the phone, there was a lot of background noise from people talking.  A young man asked for the owner.  When I responded I was the owner, told me they had reviewed my c.c. processing account and I was eligible for wholesale rates because we'd had no charge-backs or complaints.  He wanted to know my name.  I said if he had reviewed my account he should know my name and our current c.c. processing company.  I told him I was on a do-not-call list, not to call back, and I ***g up.  Less than a minute later, a woman called (same caller ID #), said she was not selling anything, just wanted to discuss how she could lower my card processing fees and "help" my business.  I told her she was interfering with my business by tying up my phone lines and I ***g up.

S***.  Called back after I ***g up with them and just had to waste my time going through their pitch.  They are now using a 'private number' caller ID in direct violation of calling rules.  If asked 'are you my current provider' they will dodge quickly and sound offended.

This people called my phone and try to scam  me but my manager caught it before they try to scam me. Now,  They will know that tere are smart people out here to not to fall in to their scams.

I received a phone call from 602-792-6083, I told him I didn't want anything, and ***g up on him. He called back twice and I talked to him. He was so rude and said "Why I ***g up on him"?. I told him that I was on the Do Not Call List. He was like "I'm not calling for that. I just want to know why you are not interested". I ask him are you selling so****ing, he replied " No". Then I asked " Are you advertising so****ing?" he said " I was but it's not important anymore, so here it is "Good bye". How rude was that?. He is just working for a company, he shouldn't be talking to clients that way! I wonder if his superior know about that. I will never pick up when that company calls a***n!

Rcd phone call at our business asking for ******. When I told him she was deceased, he asked for the owner or president. When I asked what it was in regards to, he asked a***n for the owner or president. I asked a***n and he replied "processing", and I responded that we were happy with who we had and he asked a***n for the owner. I repeated that we were happy with who we were using and I ***g up. (YES, we DO actually have customers to take care of, and I receive at least a dozen of these type calls or solicitors every week.) About 10 seconds later, he called back and s****ed to lecture me in a very threatning manner about how rude and unprofessional it was to **** up on somebody without knowing who it is. At that point, I asked who he was with, and he rattled the same response as before, adding that I was a **** and after a couple more times of his lecture and me asking who he was with, he ***g up.

I get calls from this number quite often.  Today I didn't answer.  Caller ID gave the number 602-792-6083 and caller id said private name.  I didn't answer and was rewarded by heavy breathing until the answering ma****e cut off.  I looked up the number under yellowpages.com and it is not listed as a business.  I looked the number up under whitepages.com and it is listed as an unlisted residential number.  That's why it gets around the do not call list because it is listed as a residence.  It is in Arizona.

Got A call from "Bank Card" today, by the name of David Heat, just listen to his message (http://www.socalcreations.net/4_publicfiles/BankCardCAll_06_18_09.wav) I am in the process of talking to my attorney about this call.

I received 2 calls (5 minutes apart) on each of my cell phone and my home phone from this same number.  My cell is new, so I have no idea how they got both my numbers.  Luckily I didn't answer either call.  Curious as to who was trying to call me, I searched it on Google Search.  Now I found out from everyone here that it is a scam.  Thanks for posting!  I will be sure to not answer this call.

very rude and 'fast talker'.  knew right away it was some kind of scam when she made me sound as if i was giving HER **** for asking who she was, what company she was with and the nature of her call!  Laurie x 8864 harassed me repeatedly, so i did not give her our owner's name.  she kept telling me over and over that this was not a scam or a sales call; that she was going to save us money.  She made no sense what-so-ever.  finally i searched for the company name (after she told me, "ICON, you heard me before.  you know." and promptly ***g up on me.) and found this site.  keep it going - they are horrible, w***ver they are.  maybe we should call THEM and harass them?  602-792-6083

I got a call today from this number. The guy asked for the business owner and said it was a matter regarding our current merchant account. I bank with WaMu so I knew it was phony right away. I said "please do not call here anymore" and ***g up.  Instantly the same guy called me back and s****ed cursing at me and threatening me about what he was going to do because I ***g up on him. I called the # back and every extention I tried I got vmail.

I got a call from this number that seemed like I was '****-dialed".  Just background noise and someone talking about "truth or dare"

Very rude person.... sounded like they were eating lunch and talking to another person at the same time.  Asked them not to call a***n... they promptly ***g up.

CALLED AND ASKED FOR OWNER.  WHEN WE SAID NOT AVAILABLE THEY ***G UP.

I also got a call from them, called back and left them a number saying not to call me a***n.Spoke to an "Amber Rossi" ext. 8924Obnoxious Spammers!

Samantha from IPS calls asking to talk to the business owner and when unavailable leaves a message to inform me that there will be a rate increase on our Visa/MasterCard merchant account and to call 1-602-792-6083, Ext 8903, to discuss. I did not call back since we do not do business with IPS. Thought immediately that it was a phishing expedition to get sensitive account information.

Calls and never leaves a message.....I don't answer my business phone to out of state are codes. Wish they'd stop!

Despite begging to be taken off their list and despite her claim that she's not selling anything, they ARE selling credit card merchant services. We get at least 3-4 calls per week from this company.

This company claimed they are a wholesale merchant service( icon payment soultion). They are big liars. These people are rude. They should go to jarl.
