scammers. Belongs to Interc****e Payment Systems, an ISO of Defyne Payments with Esquire Bank out of NJ. Listened them solicit a merchant and everything they stated was a lie. Said they were direct wholesalers of Visa / MC. Said the merchant had been flagged for low risk and could be switched to wholesale rates. Wouldn't send an email with their company name. Demanded a statement. Wanted to do it all over the phone. I called the offices of Interc****e Payment Systems and sure enough Stephen the guy that had been on the phone earlier turned out to be the manager and his voice was that of the earlier solicitation. If you are a merchant using credit card processing services, STAY AWAY from these guys.
