** I RENTED A APT WITH SOMEONE AND IT CAME BACK ON ME COUSE I HAD A JOB BUT HE DIDN'T SO THEY CAME AFTER ME. SO ONE DAY I TALK TO JASON AND SAID I MAKE A DEAL WITH YOU I PAY THIS MUCH TODAY AND THEY OTHER HALF GO TO HIM THEY SAID OK THATS FINE>>>>> YOU REALY SHOULD MAKE A DEAL WITH THEM COUSE THEY CAN TAKE YOU TO COURT AND GET A JUDEMENT TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR CHECK LIKE 25% AND I MADE A DEAL WITH THEM AND CUT IT DOWN TO HALF. I HAD TO PAY ALOT LIKE OVER $2.500 AND ONLY PAY $1000 SO IT REALY BATTER THEN NOTHING THEN GETING MY CHECK GARNISH...  COUSE IT WILL ADD UP THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY ALOT... JUST MAKE THEM A DEAL AND THEY WILL FIND YOU AND WONT STOP TH=ELL TIS IS PAYED OFF...... I CAN NOT PAY ALL THAT COUSE I HAVE A FAMILLY TO TAKE CARE OF......

Yeah I just found out about how serious US Collections West is when they s****ed garnishing my check. You should take them seriously, I got evicted from an apartment like two years ago and had a 6 thousand dollar bill, they took me to court and got a judgement. Now they take 25% out of every check,,, I could have settled the debt for half but I told them to get lost. I really regret that....If these people are calling you, chances are you got evicted, got a judgement (a court order to pay res***ution), and if you are working they can simply take 25% of your check.... you should call them back and make a deal,,, I really wish I had.

I also got a call from this ****** Jayson Cook. He called my sisters phone and said he suggests that I get a lawyer and he gave a case number and everything. He said if he were I, he wouldnt let this go. Same phone number-602-995-3494 EXT 259.

they called my cell phone asking for some one wiht similar name, I talked to repers today both were nasty and all they wanna from me was money, they did not care at all that this is a total mistake.

They called my cell phone and keep asking for my husband.I asked how they my my cell # and he said they summonds it. Bull**** cause my cell phone isn't under my name. They said that they were a law firm and that I could be taken to court and have a judgement put a***nst me for the same issue that AJ above is dealing with. They don't scare me!!!!!!!!

Someone at my job brought me a fax with my name and social security number on it that had been faxed to an unmonitored fax ma****e requesting information about me.  My SSN is confidential information and should not be used without my permission or without the receiver being aware that a fax is coming through.This should STOP immediately.Sent from - Sanford 602-995-3494 ext 267

The name of company for this # is U.S. Collections West, Inc. 3031 W. Northern Ave. Suite 171 P***nix, AZ. 85051.They have been calling all hours of the day to my cell phone looking for prior owner of #.called to get them to stop and they seem to take this as a go ahead to launch nasty phone calls to me at all hours of the day.Real winner there is a "laura" at extension 268 Hopefully this helps
