I received a call today from this#. First s****ing with a recorded message stating to press 1 for interest rate reduction. So I pressed 1 and the woman told me I qualify for a rate reduction on my Visa/Mastercard accounts. I told her I dont have any balances on my accounts. She stated that I needed to have a balance of $4000+ to qualify. I asked her since I dont have any balances, wouldnt you verify that info before you called my number. She ***g up on me.
