I received a call from the same number.  They offered to lower my credit card rates.  I pressed 1 to speak to a person.  I informed them that I am on the federal do not call list and they ***g up immediately.

First clue...it isnt a business phone number...dont trust it. I have gotten 5 calls now from this number. It is to lower your interest rate on credit cards. I did not qualify because I don't have enough debt, so they said I would be placed on the do not call list. 4 calls later, I just spoke to this awful, rude, terrible man. I told him the situation he said there was nothing he could do. I asked to be transferred to a manager, he said they didn't have managers, that they were on their own. I told him there was no way that was true. I asked to be transferred to someone else, he said no. I said I would report him, he said I didn't have the heart and that he could do whatever he wanted to me!! These "people" are horrible!!! Please do not give them any information!
