We are a business as well and we receive at LEAST 4 calls a day from the 603 number and also from the 866 number.  There is never anyone on the phone when you answer it.  Its very annoying and seems to be getting worse very day.

i have received several calls from this number and even had messages left that i needed to call them in reference to my personal debt.  sometimes a male and sometimes a female will say we are calling in reference to your credit cards high balance and we can get your debt to zero and even s**** out by giving you a $1,000.00 loan.  the number that is left on the answer ma****e is 1-866-203-9231,  however on the caller ID it comes up FHA LENDER-1-603-214-3527

Their other number is 866-203-9231. No business name. They will **** up if you ask for do not call or for a name or supervisor. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC. It will stop them. I am on do not call and also pay so that one has to dial a 1 to get through my home number. They get through it. Once they even called me names then ***g up. I contacted police, but they sent me to FCC. FILE A COMPLAINT. Its easy and it will eventually stop them. Its the only number that gets through my do not call and blocked line.

This company has called my house several times leaving a bogus return call number and when I am at home and have answered I have been ***g up on multiple times when I have asked who they were, remove me from their system and now will not answer my calls. Yet I still get calls with a message to my home phone.
