After being repeatedly annoyed, I picked up. There is a recording that indicates they represent Bank of American and give a number to call. Unfortunately, I didn't write it down.I called Bank of America to advise them of my concern. They didn't really seem to care.

This number continues to call my home phone every day and as many as five times a day. It is no one I know and know one that I want to speak with!

For the last month, I am receiving calls from the above number any time of the day Mo-Sun. It will say "Credit Card Services" or "Name Unknown". No message is being left. I am on the no call list but what good does that do?

This number calles up to 5 times a day. I am on the do not call list...obviously they don't pay any attention to it. I'm getting seriously fed up.

I have been getting these calls for weeks at the same time every night - usually around 6 p.m.. Sometimes they call a***n an hour or two hours later. I am really getting fed up.

These people call constantly. Today they called at 8:04am which I believe is in violation of the DNC Act.

Received a call on 3/4/10. Was from Bank of America wanting to see a triple credit report. Told them I get 2 free reports from each of the 3 credit bureaus a year so I can get 6 free reports AND I would not pay to get credit reports. He thanked me and gave me an 800 # to call BOA (Bank of America) if I had any further questions.

Caller ID comes up as "Out of Area" This annoyance happens multiple times a day every day .. I have the phone set to Block (can do this on home phone) -- it rings once and cuts it off. Don't know who it is at all. (PS -- reviewed other complaints -- I do NOT have any accounts with BoA)

Calls 3 times per day, every day without fail. So****ing needs to be done. How do I make a complaint?

This number calls frequently. Caller ID eiither shows "Card Services" or "Out of Area". The caller tries to scare you with information about theft identify. She wants to send a credit report and then have me verify that all is well or if any problems exist. If you I do not call them, they will charge $12.95 for the report. I told her not to send any thing to me and to take my number off her call list. The caller then tries to argue. I inform her a***n to take my number off her. She continues to argue and try to pressure me. I inform her that our conversation is over and I disconnect my phone. When I see this number on my caller ID, I no longer answer the call. Can anything be done to stop this constant invasion of privacy?

Shows up on Caller ID as Card Services. Has called numerous times in the last month. We make it a practice not to answer the phone with unusual Area Codes. They never leave a message. Thinking of taking a picture of a Corvette on a lot and submitting to Craigs List with a 5K asking price and use that number. I wonder how many calls they would get?

Called trying to sell me credit card protection service, ver pushy, persistant and quite annoying. Didn't even have my recent address on file, only my old one. When asked if it was my current address and I said no, he ***g up on me. I called BofA and they said the department that makes those calls usually don't have up to date information. Unfortunately for me voip doesn't allow individual number blocking.

603-214-3541 (Caller ID says Card Services) calls several times a day and never leaves a message. I do not answer numbers I do not recognize. If they want to talk to me, they're going to have to leave a message identifying who they are and what they are calling about.

Just s****ing getting calls from this number. If it's BOA, I don't know why their calling me, I don't deal with that bank and never will. When search was done on white pages for this number a map come up. The address listed as 26 Colebrook Road, Errol, NH. Don't know if that will help. Also going to put a complaint in, our phone is on the National don't call list. Whatever
