I have received 45 calls over three days on my ***nd new cell phone from the same number which I now know indirectly leads to Fred Accuardi, I guess. I want to follow up on Chris Punches statement from above. There is nothing deranged about trying to get answers to an annoying if not disturbing phenomena and I appreciate "On a Mission"'s efforts to get some answers. No one thinks of calling up someone's 90 year old aunt on purpose and I am sure she was treated with the utmost courtesy, unlike some of the recipients of these persistent tele-marketing calls. I don't answer when they call but I don't feel like that my cellphone is my own anymore. I've been on important calls when that ****ed number calls in every day now from 8:30am to 9:00PM. No one should have to make the effort to block these numbers. Chris, you might argue that the Accuardi's are running a business and providing a service, well so am I, and it is getting harder to do so when I am continually getting interrupted and prevented from running mine. Fred Accuardi please don't ask me to go to your website. Instead find yourself a legitimate, less shady niche market. Thank you!
I just had a very long conversation with David Nelson at TM Caller ID, where their setup was explained to me, and it is confusing.Whichever one of you called Fred's aunt and stalked his family is absolutely deranged. Are you aware of how sick that is?Anyway, that aside, the problem is not with TM Caller ID; They simply c****e the caller ID name listed on the box-- a telephone provider, Citistream Communications, based out of Omaha is the phone service provider for that number. I got a call from them too, and got a bite out of David's a**, only to find this column here full of bu***hit answers written by bu***hit minds.The problem, if you ask me, the way it was explained to me, is the grievance process at Citistream Communications; They are redirecting their complaints to a 3rd party, TM Caller ID who provides the grievance process-- as irresponsible as that is.What you guys would be better doing, is going after Citistream Communications for designing a grievance process that fosters illegal marketing strategies in an attempt to avoid liability. It's better than stalking the Accuardi family, anyway. They'd be breaking confidentiality laws by telling you who the client is. Somewhere between Citistram Communications and TM Caller ID is an NDA that prevents that disclosure.A subpoena is the only way you're going to get that information; You'd either need to file a class action or a court ordered information subscription. I've been getting these harassing phone calls about a car warranty as well. When I answer the call and ask anything about the firm they **** up on me. I called Freedom Ring Communications, Llc (Bayring Communications) as mentioned above and they knew all about these calls. They gave me a number for this company thats peddling extended car warranties so you can get yourself removed from their dialer. That number is 1-800-461-6675.

I did some research on the number, It is an unlisted land line phone number in Plaistow, NH. I found out this phone number is carried through "Freedom Ring Communications, Llc (Bayring Communications)" located in Portsmouth, NH. I managed to locate the carriers address and phone number. They are located at "359 Corporate Dr, Portsmouth, NH 03801-6808, United States” And there phone number is (603)766-1000 I called the carrier with this number and posed as a head member of a consumer watch group, and explained the story. The operator was very helpful and stated that he would transfer to a supervisor and they would launch an investigation. If you get a call from any of these numbers I would recommend calling "Freedom Ring Communications, Llc (Bayring Communications)" at (603)766-1000 and asking if the number that called you is one of their subscribers and if it is tell them that you would like to file a complaint.If we can’t catch the actual company that is calling us we can certainly catch their phone provider.
