Keep calling several times a day and I have a 91 year old mother in bad health whom it really annoys and upsets. When you answer it says so****ing about if you owe taxes they can help. We are both on Social Security.

This is one and the same phony telemarketer scam outfit that 195 people have filed complaints a***nst prior to mine today. So where is the FTC here? On vsaction with President Obama or asleep at the switch. Iam on the Do Not Call List and OTO Inc has been told that several times before today. What good is the FTC?

this number claims that they are the FBI and wants to put cameras and other motion detector devices in your yard. this is BS. the FBI will come to your door.

Keep receiving calls from this phone number at least 2-3 calls a day. Never a live voice always a recording stating so****ing about some FBI reports. I am on the no call list, and jet I keeping calls from this number.

This number calls about 3-4 times a day, telling the receiver that the FBI reports break-ins all the time, and that you should get a security system and what not.

I've probably received 5-7 calls from this number in about a month. I never pick up and never will on numbers of which I don't recognize. I as well am on a do not call registry.

This caller is one of several involved in a national scam over home security systems. They have offices all over the country it turns out. They have about 20 different numbers according to another complaint site. When we recieved the calls from this number we called back and selected the keypad number to have them add us to their do not call list and then I called them back a***n and selected the number to speak with someone. I told the person I spoke to that our phone number has been registered on the national do not call registry for almost two years so they had better comply with our wishes to be opted out of their offers. They appologized and said we would not receive any more calls from them. We have not received any more calls from either of these numbers. BUT! We s****ed getting calls from one based out of LA California that traces back to a cellular number! That number is

I get a phone call with ID of (OTO Inc) and no messages is left. These phone calls are received several times a week, and I just dialed the number back, and got a recording about a promotions. I am a disable person and nearly fell going to the phone thinking it was my doctor calling me.

This line is always busy. I have no idea what it is. It woud appear to be a cell phone. I guess it's a telemarketer.

I never answer but this number calls two to three times each day. I have heard it was a scam to sign up with a security company. I'm over it. Can anything be done to stop it?
