"Second notice about credit card balance", is the way it s****s and holds the line (even after ***g up) for the full message. I use *60 service and it seems effective if you use the "block last caller" ****od of adding unwanted callers. I complained awhile ago to my network service provider and they mentioned this feature which would have cost me a small fee (about$4) except that all service features were free with my telecom package. So far I've not received the same caller twice. As well, I listed myself on the 'Do Not Call' list. There are so many exceptions allowed that many telemarketers are just shifting gears and continuing as before but it may help eliminate the less agile ones!

603-214-3651 an automated call has called me twice even though I selected 3 to have my number taken off the list.  call is for a credid card offer for a lower rate.  this is an extremely annoying call.  can anything be done about it?

Called at 7:27PM, November 20th 2008 and was offering me a credit card via automated voice.  Tried to talk to a representative but ***g up before they took me off their Do Not Call list.  A**holes.
