Got the call on 2/7/11 @ 9:07 AM; didn't answer.  Searched internet for CNS RCH and here I find all these comments.  I also got the call from 3659 vs. 3658.  Looks like the BBB knows all about it and I too, am on the no call list so I'm not really sure who there is to report it to.  If anyone has any ideas, I open for suggestion.  I DO NOT answer these type calls but I am always interested to know who is calling that I do not know or cannot make out the caller ID information.  This sure was a new one at my number.  Glad I search this one for sure!!

got call from same number except last digit, 9 vs. 8. Boat horm sounds, 'this is your captain calling' ***g up.

BBB Rating is F on scale of A+ to F.  Factors lowering Rating include 495 Complaints filed a***nst it. Length of time it has been in operation. Advertising issues found by BBB. It has failed to resolve underlying causes(s) of a pattern of complaints. Owner is a MILLIONAIRE. I have listed my phone with the Do Not Call registry and still recieved these calls

Caller ID showed LIBORGDOTCOM. Automated message: “hold the line for this important message” then I s****ed hearing a boat’s horn, then they said I could win a cruise for answering 10 questions of a public opinion poll. I ***g up at that point. And just a few minutes later, the same call came through on my manager’s phone.

Telemarketer trying to scam peope. I returned the call and was promted to remove my number by pressing 2 hope this fixes the problem

Robo caller for scam.  When you see it in caller id, don't answer.  Your phone number does not remain in valid phone number listing and therefore you get no more calls.  Problem solved.  Stop answering and then whining.

this company calls all hours of the day constantly with different sales pitches. The latest was the ship captain described in an earlier post. Im s****ing to wonder who sold our soul to the devilmarketers!

this idiot keeps calling and calling. this is a scan ,gotta be ,tell me my house is in foreclosure. this is an apartment. they called before ,a couple months ago telling me that my car warranty was over. my car is old as grandma ans beren pais foe for several years, and was purchased used and never had a warranty in recent history. you would think that they could come up with a good tale at least .

Some lady telling me inportant message then a ship horn ****ing in my ear and a man saying this is your ships captian..When is this kind of **** going to stop.I am almost ready to just drop my phone and never having another one put in.

calls constantly and when we answer noone is there

I have Comcast and I just c****ed my phone numbner becasue of calls like these.I am on the Donotcall list and I have call screening.This number called, mortgage scam of course. They are a loan modification company BUT they called us ---> A WAREHOUSE IN UPSTATE NY! Not the strongest company to consider if they come calling.

I also got exactly the same recorded message from Michael ***ss about mortgage. What are they up to and how to stop them from cheating ignorant people?

call was recorded as follows  "micheal ***ss from the loan modification dept of intra county records" telling us our county qualifies us to a loan modification. call 1-800-219-9815. funny thing is "micheal". WE DON'T HAVE A MORTAGE!!!!!!!!! SCAM, SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

claims to be auto warranty, leaves recorded message, with no way to remove phone number from listing...

I received a call from this number, some kind of scam alright, ***g-up on me when I mentioned I am on the no-call list

Just received another call from this number, This time it is a new scam!  MSG Says "Is your house in or about to go into foreclosure?"  "Justin" was actually offended when I had to ask "do you really thing people are dumb enough to fall for this?"

I have received several calls from this number. My number is on the national do not call list. Is there a legal remedy to these annoying calls? These calls concern an automotive warranty.

Beware! This is a scam!They tell you the warranty on your car is up. I've never even owned a car! They call over and over a***n trying to scam you. They go by Dealer's National Auto Warranty or Warranties of America.
