CMRKRCH 603 214 3670 called so many times every day never leaves messages CAN I SUE THEM IN A SMALL CLAIM'S COURT?

I am on the Do Not Call list and they still call

I'm on the call block list. They should not have called.

Caller ID showed 603-214-3670.  Do not know anyone from that number.  Did not answer.  No message left.  Strange ID  CMRKRCH.....I am registered on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  Wonder how this call got througH????

I got same thing.  Given the similarity in numbers, you have to wonder if these guys are related to the 603-214-3697 calls.

Caller ID said "TN Removal List"  recorded voice said "This is you Captain speaking, to receive two tickets to the Ba***** just answer seven easy questions."  ***g up at this point.

ID said TN Removal List but was Trips for Tots recording.  Let it play out and it says press 3 to have number removed from list.  We will see if that actually works.

Just got a call from CMRKRCH 603-214-3670.  I let my answering ma****e pick up the call instead of answering it, but they left no message.  This is the first time we've gotten a call from this number.

I got a call from 602-214-3670 with the caller id showing CMRKRCH.Apparently it's from a cell phone in the P***nix area but no idea who.I didn't answer and no message was left.

We got the same today - no msg... annoying!  Stop unwelcome solicitations!

SAME-O-SAME-O. THEY'RE TRYING TO AVOID DO NOT CALL LIST CONSTRAINTS BY PRETENDING IT'S A SURVEY AND CRUISE TICKETS. BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE BUILDING UP TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. TELLING THEM TO GO AWAY, ETC.. DOES NOT WORK. THE ONLY THING THAT DOES IS......DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE!"

This number is trying to call me at work--*****O I'm working.... leave me alone and scam someone else!

Got two calls today from 603-214-3670  both ***g up when i answered the phone and showed  CMRKRCH on the caller id.    what the heck

this is a sales picth calling my company phone. Please stop!!

No idea who or why no msg left. Anyone know who or why they call? I know 603 is NH

603-214-3670 called my cellphone, I "missed the call". it only rang a few times

This caller called my Go phone it cost me $1.10 just to hear an automated message wanting me to take a survey to collect my cruise tickets. This company needs shut down My cell phone (go Phone) is on the do not call list. I have family in the 602 area code, so I answered the phone Even if I hadn't answered. I have call forwarding and would have been charged anyway what was said "You have qualified for 2 free cruise tickets if you answer the following 10 survey questions.I said remove me from this calling list 4 times and the automated kept going I ***g up.

No message is left.  They call about every 12 hours M-F.
