You could possibly sue them but you would spend more money than it is worth.  In some states it is illegal to use automatic a dialer for sales calls but like in CO it is only a petty offense and you can not get it enforced.  Direct TV has even been fined for violations of the no call list but continues on.

I've pressed the option of taking my name off the list about a week ago and they're still calling.it's getting pretty god**** annoying because idk if it's someone calling me about a job interview or not.

already selected option #2 -- not interested. they responded that put me on don't call list. still calling.....
