Asked after identifying him self as a Health survey taker for NH. health Services, how many people lived here, ***, Could he speak with female resident , is this a cell phone. will call back at 6:30 to talk with female. Based on the recent Letter from NH. Health Svc. that they would be calling I got ****ed on this one

Indicated it was a random health survey and could I answer some questions. Since we are in a pandemic I thought it was possibly legit. So I answered a few questions until he asked if it was a landline or a mobile line. Since I saw no connection between a health survey and whether it was a mobile phone or landline I declined to answer and he ***g up. Most likely a spam-******.

Human Health and Services-Callers name was Denise S****ed with saying my number was randomly selected to conduct a survey. Continued with saying the call was monitored and recorded. Hold the line while I connect you. Said STOP...I am not taking any survey, remove my number from your call list and ***g up

from voice mail. she stated this was ebony jones from the cdc and she would be calling back. I would have to pick up the phone as it was required by law and answer the questions she had. the phone call was receied at 5:05 PM on a Sunday No one in the govt works on sunday, especially super bowl sunday

S****ed with saying they were a survey. Continued with saying the call was monitored and recorded. Then s****ed asking yes/no questions regarding the phone number called, if it was a cell. Stopped them and said to them many scams record “yes” to use the called person’s voice to do illegal purchases. Didn’t get to “health” questions fast enough. ***g up and blocked.

Call is silent. ***g up after five seconds.

Wanted us to parti****te in a clinical survey?!? Sounds like they wanted Personal Health and other Related Info?!? No-Way!!

The choice to talk upon their ring was time limited. I was busy. I asked for a call back the next day in A.M. so when the call came P.M. I had lost my patients. I called back to have my number removed. I think it is a fake****ociation to NHDHHS. Likely to be Trump supporters bugging Bernie supporters.

Not automated, was a real person. As others have said its NH health related survey for NH residents. I'm not a NH resident and when I politely asked to be taken off their call list she would not answer me just kept repeating the request that I parti****te which I kindly declined. I asked her to acknowledge my question and her response was "well I have two ears" at which point I ***g up.

This is an automated survey asking why people are dying in heart attacks and car accidents. Behavi**** risk so****ing so****ing. BRSS

Just got a call from this number. Apparently it's the New Hampshire Center for Disease Control. They wanted me to take a survey.

I finally answered the call from this number and it was determined that since my daughter was away from school (they wanted to talk to the next to the oldest person in the household) and would not be back for months, they could not use us. Since then, they have called daily. Today I finally answered and when I said*****o, they ***g up. Very aggravated with this.

I missed a call from them.
