Said company called direct loans filed a***nst me for a payday loan under my social security number i allegedly took out and never paid back i said i never took out a payday loan she said ok we will let the company know and ***g up total **** and i will be filing a***nst them myself for harassing and threatening calls

Stated that she was from "Mediation Services" and that I had pending cases. She demanded my attorney information.

Called to tell me they were going to put me in collection and if I didn't call them back my file was going to the court. PLEASE

Going to file a lawsuit a***nst me if they did not hear from me or my attorney

Said she had a file on her desk pending they need to talk to me or my lawyer about my file.

saying "the hold on my file has expired which is a good thing" but i MUST call them to fix this or they will have to pursue this with me

My file has come to their attention and are going to go after me if I don’t call and make payment
