The federal trade commission needs to be aware of there sneak & dishonest,illegal ways. They are suppose to send you a collection letter give u a chance to dispute It. If IC Systems has called you from 603-414-1929 and is violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and/or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), you may be able to recover money under one or both statutes." an “intentional” call is worth $1000 and a regular call is worth $500 for a total of $1,500 per call !!!. if they call your number several times a day- it’s intentional. Head games!!! seeing the collection agency's number in your missed call log is a reinforcing action. These guys love to call me at 9:30 in the morning. Which would be so bad, if I didn't work until 1 in the morning most nights. They are really ****ing me off.

These****holes continue to call on a daily basis. It is a collection company who says they are collecting for ATT. A female will s**** off then pass it to a male(guess I was supposed to be skeert)whom I promptly told him just what I did to his mother last night. Get nasty with them....they will still call back the next day. They also call from a different number, but I dont have it at this time. Good luck all!

They keep calling.  I am trying to find their addresses.  They refuse if give it.   If you can send certified letters, depending on state laws, you can get them to quit.  They are not allowed to call for more than 120 days by most state laws.  They think we are ****** and try to use that to their advantage.  Learn you local state laws about collection agencies and how they affect you.  Even though they are calling from other states they have to obey your local laws.  If anyone can get an address to their headquarters please post it so that we can all send letters to them stating we will sue if they violate your local laws.  Find out what you have to do.   They keep calling me for someone that used to have this number.   Only way I can get them to stop is to send the certified letter and then if they call me a***n I will be able to sue them for harassment.  That is the only way they will stop.   If you do owe them money and they do harass you, you can get them to pay the money you owe.   I know three people that do that all the time and they always win their cases.

Don't answer the phone.. call them back annoy them also by calling them non stop, call them and when they answer **** up.... and then call a***n... teach em a lesson,,,, and see who wins the war lol.... human beings are freaking unbelievable...

A woman with a very thick oriental accent called and asked for an indistingishable name.  When I asked her to repeat herself or spell the name, another woman came on the line and said the last name was T****.  I work for a local law enforcement agency and this call came in on my office line.  I don't have anyone by that last name here.

Collections company, VERY persistent.

I keep getting calls from this # several times a day.  It rings once and then ****s up! So annoying!  How can I stop this??

These people are soooooo rude! they keep calling for someone I dont know and when I say they have the wrong number they **** up on me yet call back within the hour...***. arent there laws a***nst this??

I have no debt with anyone and according to AT&T my account is up to date I've never missed a payment so I have no idea why they're calling me. There is absolutely no reason why these people should be calling 3-4 times a day it's annoying to be expecting an important call and you get some rude person on the other end demanding money. I know of three numbers (603) 414-1929, (651) 204-1347, (208) 758-0221

This number is calling and never leaves a message. I dont know anyone in New Hampshire

They have a problem understanding they have the wrong number.  They call 3-4 times a day and just won't quit.

It's IC System, a collection agency, they have been using a few different phone numbers as well as this one; 208-758-0221, and I know of one other phone number they use, but I deleted it out of my phone.
