The service agreement renews every 2 years.  If you s****ed in 2005 your contract wouldn't be up until 2012.  It's not a 2 year contract then renews every month, it's 2 years at a time.

A T & T, a company known for filing incorrect information with collection agencies, has put IC Systems to work on collecting a debt I don't owe.  A T & T first tried a local collection agency for this  purpose.  I told them I con*****d their claim and never heard from this collection agency a***n.  Looks like they've taken it to the next level and gotten a national collection agency to do their ***** work.  All of this, because they claim I "cancelled my cell phone service agreement early."  The truth?  I had the service agreement since August, 2005 and cancelled it in 2011....seems that goes waaaay beyond their "two year agreement."  BTW...should A T & T want to take things to the next level and affect my 812 FICO score, I intend to sue their a**es and publish the results in local Bay Area newspapers.  So c'mon, A T & T!  Keep spreading those lies!

ALSO **** A collection agency that I am aware of called me today. I have had the # for month 1/2 , as UNLISTED......Use as a fax #...

Several calls....Dead silence

Received this call as well from IC Systems.  Have no idea who they are or what they want.

Received a call from this company, claiming I owed an AT&T bill from 1994. Told them they must have made a mistake and to check a***n, as I was 12 years old.  This person insisted I owed the bill and s****ed asking personal questions, like SS#, B'Date.  Told him to get lost, and I would not help help him narrow down his fishing expedition.  I also told him to "Cease and Desist"  and send the claim in writing. I have a friend who is a collector and he says this is what you have to tell collection company's.  If they are legitimate they will follow the law.  Apparently this company is not, as they keep calling and I have yet to receive anything in the mail.

Okay.It seems as if it is...IC Systems,a collection agency. Personally they are trying to get me to pay on an old phone bill of which i'd gladly pay if not for being out of work for 2 years ans i have NO income to pay the phone company but...they never listen to that and...i'll NEVER pay them but will pay the phone company directly when i get the cash.IC Systems. I have zero idea as to who they are and they refuse to say of wich i believe is illegal,ANY collection etc MUST identify themselves by law!I will keep looking online for who they are.
