Yes it is a scam - especially when you call back and the number does not go through.  I have asked them once a***n to please remove my number from their list as I am registered with the National Do not call registry.  I told the guy if I were to get another call from them I will file charges of harrassment.

Recieved a call saying it was Proactive Planning Solutions.  A company promising to lower credit card debt.  I am su****ious as it is a local phone number.  They are suppose to be calling me back to discuss my credit history and the possibility of helping me with cc debt.  Any info on this company...my gut says it is a scam....
