I got a call from this number as well it's a SCAM. I suggest just ****ing up on them, talking to them just leads them on. I spoke to my friend at the FBI and he said this is a big thing going on right now and that these people are in Nigeria and they can't really do anything about. But a***n i suggest to not even give them the time of day.

this # has called me sevral times with the same messege as everyone else receieved caller ID always says unknown name and number but the man on the voice mail is always david allen with a call back # he calls a hotline to him 6035130563 he always leaves the same massege very hard to understand him I talked to him once a while ago but now I never return his call it is a scam and not worth me getting upset over

Got the same call from this number as I did from 347 983-2471Getting numerous calls from this number. Saying I've defaulted on a payday loan and legal action is being taken a***nst me. Never had a payday loan. Tells me that if that is true then send him a copy of my bank statement as proof....Right.......

I am receiving calls now and he is ****ing me off, trying to threaten me with court dates and an officer. Blah Blah Blah, I did my research and learned this is a scam. I knew so****ing wasn't right when he called from a number that did not have a area code...and then another number that looked crazy..120-800-08...what the mess is that....but he called several times and I guess he got tired of me yelling and ***g up on me. Then at one point he said he was putting his supervior on the phone and muted the phone and the phone unmuted by mistake and I could hear him and another man arguing in another language..when i asked "who is this" they ***g up and then he called right back and s****ed with the court stuff a***n....and after a few choice words he decided to disconnect the call. but like i said i did my research...eventually so****ing will be done...believe it.

Today August 24, 2010 I received a call from a 'Jason ***t' the same Indian accent man as above comments. The call came from a number 208-0008.  When I began questioning the information, 'Mr. ***t' refused to give me additional information until after I paid the $300 plus interest to his client CashNet (payday loans) that I supposedly recieved in Jan. 10.  When I pressed for more information he became increasingly rude and aggrevated and said to pay or someone will be at my house, that I was going to be used as an example.  Internet scam praying on people they think are ******.  They are not****ociated with the government as Mr. ***t claimed.

Today August 24, 2010 I received a call from the same Indian accent man as above comments. He a***n stated that his name was Ryan Mckinley and left the same rude voicemail. Here is a transcript of what he left"This message is for _____my name_____.The very second that you receive this message I need you or your reading attorney of records to return the call. The rate of return for this call is extremely time sensitive. My name is Ryan Mckinley and the direct line to me is 603-513-0563. A***n that is 603-513-0563. Don't try and disregard this message and return the call. And if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, all I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfold upon you. Goodbye and best luck in your case. I returned the call and then he answered telling me that he was waiting for my call. He goes to tell me that I owe $300 for a payday loan that was taken out in March 10. He quickly asked if I had a credit card and I persistently tried asking him for more information about where the loan was from. He keep telling me that the company didnt want me to know anything. Of course this was a big red flag for me.  He then said that if I didnt pay that I would have the investigators at my house serving me papers. I kept asking him over and over for some more information about where this loan was from, what bank it was deposited to. A***n, no answers. I told him that I would call back later in the day. As soon as I got home I investigated online the number. Then I saw this posting and realized it was all a scam. I can't believe this ****. Thanks for your help. P.S. After all of this, I tried to call him blocked and he answered just like you would answer a cell-phone..*****o... who is this???

I received two calls from a # 208-0008 two days in a roll the first day the man called i felt very uncomfortable with the call I asked him what was he calling for and he stated so****ing about a judgement a***nst me and I said "what" then I told him please not call my phone a***n and ***g up on him.Now today he called a***n this time I let my phone go to voicemail to see if he would leave a message he said the same thing as before and stated if me or my lawyer did not call back that I would be in trouble and that all he could say was good luck as the situation unfold on me so goodby and good luck,he said his name was Ryan McKinnley and call 603-513-0563 back.I'm not calling this ****** man back it makes no since that hard working Americans have to receive calls like this from CROOKS like this,if he calls my phone a***n I'M GOING TO TELL HIM A FEW WORDS THAT HE MAY HAVE TO LOOK UP TO FIND THE MEANING OF .....IF ANYONE RECEIVES A CALL FROM THIS SUPPOSE TO BE COMPANY SAY A FEW CURSE WORDS FOR ME TOO...because I am not a crook and I dont like CROOKS calling me.

I work in the Personnel Services Department for a University.  Being in HR our department often receives inquires into employees and must transfer calls throughout the University. The caller (a male with a very think Middle Eastern accent) asked to speak to an employee that did not have a direct line.  I explained that I would have to take their number and have the employee return their call.  The caller said his name was "David Allen".  When I asked what company he was calling from he said he was calling from, "the Cyber Crime Unit" and that this named employee had a case a***nst him.  I had asked for more specifics bcause this sounded very fishy between the generic information, the thick accent, and the name David Allen this just did not fit.  I called the employee into my office to give them the information and explain my concern about the call.  The employee said that this caller has called him multiple times both at work and on his cellphone and had not only his full name, and the name of his employer, but also his full social security number.  I decided to google the number and here we are!I urged the employee to check his credit reports and contact the Social Security Officeand, as well as file a police report. I urge anyone else that is contacted by these people to do the same.

I received a call from 603-513-0563, Ryan McKinley.  He left a message stating he wished me luck if I didn't return his call immediately... I am sure it is a Pay Day Loan... caller ID said it was from 208-2008 no area code

The number on the Caller ID was 208-0008 with no area code.  I recieved a threatening message in broken English suggesting I call back "the second you get this message".  The foreign man said his name was David Allen.  I am inclined to believe this is a telephone scam.  My advice is to not return this call.  If it were legitimate, there would be corresponding literature in the mail

I too received a call from 3593220***0938.  The call was from a Ryan McKennedy claiming to be an attorney.  He called stating that I had received a cash advance from a company called Cash Net and that I was delinquent on the account and if I did not pay roughly 500.00 that day that he would have authorities to deliver court papers for a court date on Monday.  I was given 603-513-0563 as the contact number for the company.

I am unsure but I have been contacted by that number as well.  Have you ever received any written communications from the company?

i just got a call from this number 1-359-3220***0938 saying that i or my lawyer would need to call them back at 603-513-0563 immedietly if i or my lawyer did not call them back all they could do is wish me luck with my situation. I find it kind of weird because she said her name was sandra but did not say the name of her company and had a very think accent that was hard to undersatand. I dont know should i call the number back??

I recieved a call from a TX number but given 603-513-0563 as a call back number. Just as Bryan ask for so****ing in writing he just kept repeating himself which was very hard to understand. I ask for a supervisor and he ***g up. He said his name was Mike David with an serious accent.

I just got a call from a weird number, they left a voicemail saying I'd better return their call or there will be dire consequences; alluding to the fact that I'll be sorry if I don't call them back.  They left the phone number 603-513-0563 with the name David Allen.  Well I called back and some other guy answered.  I told him I got a call, he asked for my phone number, and I gave it to him.  He verified my address, and then s****ed saying so****ing about a cybercrime and a court date on Wednesday morning (2 days from today).  He had a very thick Middle Eastern accent, so I couldn't understand him.  I asked him twice what he was talking about, and he finally said "You've got a court date!" and ***g up on me.  I kept trying to call him back, and there was no answer.  I'm not sure what is going on with this place.

I got the call from 359-322-0***0938 who gave me a callback# 603-513-0563. they claimed that I owed a debt from years ago and there was a formal complaint filed a***nst me. When I requested the info be sent to me they refused. After further interrogation. They claimed to be a ********* organization and they were going to come and ***** me.
