had put a resume on monster.com ever since i have been receiving these phone calls from a (arabic sounding man) named "Micheal" did a little more research and it is a scam, saying they are calling about a resume i submitted to them.

There are some Many names they try and use such as Officer Robin Williams and now try to send Email from Various Gmail Accounts saying to settle out of court please fax bank info I have never took anykind of loan from such company all my personal Info is on lock nothing can be applied for or etc with out my Direct Appoval I worked hard to have good Credit

These clowns are so pahthetic,ignore them completley because they are only trying to scam anyone they have the chance too!

i just received a phone call at work from this number, someone with a very thick accent.  said he was Deputy John Peterson from the Financial Crime Enforcement.  he also left his message on my cell phone on friday, but his name was Alex Brown.   the message he had left at work with someone else was very personal and threatening.  they aren't allowed to disclose personal things to w***ver, are they?

I keep getting calls from these people telling me I owe them 300.00 dollars and if I don't pay them I will be arrested for stealing. I have never borrowed money from a pay day company. When I asked Erica Johnson to send me over the paper work that I signed for a loan she stated that she didn't have to. Today July 16, 2009 I received a phone call stating that I had a warrant out for my arrest because I did not show up to court in New Hampshire. Granted I live in Maryland. Now this woman is calling my parents up and my employer stating that she is going to garnish my wages. I have contacted my local police department and was told to contact the phone company. ***ody wants to help get these people.

The people are foreign and they call me everyday at work and on my cell phone the man name is logan harris and the female states her name is Eric Johnson. They say i owe them for a payday loan when i called the payday loan people they told me to ask the company for so****ing in writing. Yes****ay July 7th Logan Harris called me and I asked himfor his badge name because he say he is a officer and he told me once i pay the 500.00 he will send me so****ing. I am a mother of five and i don't have that kind of money to throw away so i need to know if this is legitate. The loan place say I should not send them anything until they send me so****ing in writing but they keep calling and I don't want to lose my Job I have 2 kids in college and 3 in high school and I need my job

I called the FBI. There is nothing we can do! The American named people with foreign voices he said were most likely in Nigeria. He also said they use the pre paid pay as you go phones!
