We received 2 phone calls at 5:30 am on Sa****ay morning (1/15/11) - both **** ups.  I did a reverse look up & the number was unlisted but is a landline number in Manchester.  My son called the number back & a recording said it was the Manchester Police Department.  Can anyone shed any light on who this is.  This is not the phone number listed for the Manchester Police Department.

I was called from this number right around the Holidays '08 at nearly 11 o'clock at night.  I was told it was the Manchester Police Department.  They were calling because there was a "live line" inside of my building and heard the sound of children crying and were concerned.  At the time of the call, I was obviously a little surprised and afterwards, I was skeptical.
