Unwanted calls from local number stating: "I'm contacting you from the processing department, I received an order for you pertaining to two pending matters unfortunately because I'm unable to reach you by...."

Asked my name, phone number and date of birth. Don't tell the woman that called anything! Wouldn't tell me who she was or the reason for the call. When I refused to give my info she abruptly ended the call.

They said I had a best buy card and gave me the last 4 digits of my SSN and my address, however I do not have a Best Buy account

Original call came from a local number 970-318-5407. Threatening call re: several complaints, wanting my address, gave a claim number of LCX17664, "were going to file paperwork with the county" & referred to a second number 603-755-6098 for information. Both messages were automated. Second number ***g up after out going message. This is a "phishing" expedition and an obvious scam to get personal information. BeenVerified didn't find any information on either number. Not sure who to contact next, but will try the FBI and take it from there. Call came in on my internet phone.

Sais a claim a***nst me and would be coming to my place of residence and employer. Gave claim number and phone to call back. It was a recorded message and did not give a name or from what business they represent.

They are looking for my friend,said her name, and they have claims a***nst her and will come to her home or employer. Gave a Case Number GHL72358. These calls have happened several times before. We have a cable phone, why isnt this being blocked by them?

They actually left a text to my EX husband! Stating I had a claim a***nst me & to call this number. Total Scam!

No phone call was made but they left a very aggressive voice mail stating that they would be on the ***t for me at my residence or my place of employment and that I"have been notified!" Didnt leave who she was, business, nothing. Just a case number and a "Sydney banxton" complete spam

They called my husband asking for me, left a message with a case number and phone # 603 755 6098. They said they would be forced to contact my employer. I never received a call from that number and when my husband called back they said they couldn't give any info. They also never stated a company name. This is spam!!!

A complaint had been filed a***nst me for an unpaid debt. They called my husband's phone number which is very similar to mine.

States there is a pending case for someone and they are trying to reach them at their home & business.

Place of business. Leaving harassing & intimidating 7 messages in 2 days for a person that is not here. Either message left on vm or you pick up and a recording goes on.

I received a computer generated voice message to my Skype number (only used for international calling; I'm outside US now). The male voice said that he received a fax to serve me with a civil lawsuit a***nst me, and he left this phone number for me to call to obtain details 603-755-6098 and gave a case number. He claimed that receipt of this phone message equaled having been served.

They were looking for my son (by name) that he has been notified .... about some class action department concerning 2 matters. They will be going after him at his place of employment .....
