I'm getting one or two calls daily, now I know the # I just don't answer .
Telus just keeps calling us even though we have told them not to. I can't believe these guys think that this is OK, or that it will bring them business. There should be more then a no call list to deal with this sort of harassment, they will never get our business a***n.
weird. i've been getting 3 calls a day for the past 2 weeks.same thing everytime: no answer, no message when it goes to voicemail.
This phone number has been calling almost everyday since I cancelled Telus phone service two years ago. This is definitely Telus marketing tatic and want me to go back to them and get away from shaw cable. I told them don't wast their time to call, but still calling especially at night during dinner time. I don't how I can block this number or add the don't call list nation wide?

Same story for us. Calls every night with no one on the other end. When I called Telus to complain they said they couldn't identify the department, but that it was one of their numbers. No matter for us now. The number has been blocked.
It is Telus. And they will keep calling. They called as following time to me, 2010-08-13 7:18pm 2010-08-16 8:47pm 2010-08-17 6:16pm 2010-08-19 3:12pm 2010-08-20 4:19pm 2010-08-21 2:25pm 2010-08-24 2:40pm 2010-08-25 12:18pm My husband told them to stop calling us once, and they said okay. I told them once that the person they are looking for doesn't live here any more, they said they will stop calling. But they all LIE. We left Telus about 4 years ago. Every year we have to go through Telus's spamming calls. There are so many times when we answered the call, they ****ed up. Nice way to do the customer service. And finally I called back the number asking them to stop. They said if you want us to stop calling you, you have to call 1 800-567-0000. Then the person there said that okay we will stop calling you in 31 days. What???? I am not your customer, and you have rights to harass me for 31 more days. Is there any justice here in CA***A??
I keep receiving telephone calls from Telus no. 1-250-310-2255 . Many of the times there is no one there. I return the call and am advised that the call cannot be connected as dialed. I checked this number on line and found many many people have this same problem with Telus. I want these calls stopped now. I have no interest in your company or any of your services. It is TELUS. I am a Shaw, and Rogers customer as well. I was getting a few calls and some "****-up" callers on my ma****e as well for a while now. I have requested to be taken off their (TELUS) marketing list several times since January, but the calls keep 'a coming. Recently, the calls have multiplied to SEVERAL CALLS PER DAY!! I spent about 20 minutes getting through the maze of recordings, spoke once to a human, got ***g up on, and called back a***n. I was directed to Telus' "Privacy Agent" @ 310-1000 push option #1.
