My Aunt In Vancouveer received a call this week from this number.  Caller said he was her Grandson and needed $4,000.   Lucky my Aunt was on the ball and said she would call him back and she called the Vancouver Police instead.

my mother received same fraud call, someone posing as her 'grandson' (my son) saying he was in a city 4 time zones away at a 'music festival'she questioned the caller's iden***y who ***g up immediately.

LOOK OUT THIS IS A SCAM! Yong-sounding male voice said "Hi Grandpa (my grandchildren address me differently) I'm afraid I've been in an accident. I lost control and knocked down a power pole. My friend Jimmy was badly hurt and is in hospital. I'm at the police station. The officer is willing to let me go wilthout charges, but I'll have to pay for the damage to city property." I was already quite su****ious and asked " where is your mum". He said "I haven't told her yet" and then talked about being in Montreal. This was totally out of character and highly improbable. Also, the voice didn't sound right, along with the phony sounding choking and weepy sounds. So I told him "I think you are feeding me a line of bull-s**t." Upon which the caller immediately ***g up.

They pretend to be the relative "Please don't tell my parents as I have been drinking but I need help to pay a $4400 fine" "Send to my lawyer through Western Union" Call is likely a cold call that just happens to catch the contacted individual at a vulnerable moment.

i got a call from this number and the caller refered to me as his grandad , when i told him i had no grandchildren he ***g up right away

GOT THIS NO.604-3317107 FROM MY CALLER ID. I DON'T HAVE A VOICE MAIL THAT'S WHY THEY CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE, I WAS WONDERING WHO'S NUMBER IS IT. TRYING TO PHONE ME WHEN IM NOT HOME...

Watch out.  There was a story in the paper about this.  People are calling and pretending to be grandkids.  They are making like the connection is bad and acting like they are in trouble.  They say they need cash bad to get out of jail or money for school, etc.  The grandparents then bail them out and find out later that they have been scammed.

My elderly friend got this call and a young person said, "Hi Grandma" As she didn't recognize the voice she asked who wss calling. The caller said, "Don't you recognize your grandson's voice?" My friend ***g up as she doesn't have a grandson. Please be aware as this is obviously a scam.She had a previous call with no id saying it was her son who needed $2500 to bail him out of jail for ***** driving.

I called the Telus Complaint Line at(1-800-567-0000). They informed me that the number is registered to ILC Telecom Inc.I'm registered on the National Do Not Call List. A complaint was registered (1-866-580-3625) with them with regards to the 5 calls that I received. They informed me that the 4 (7:00a)calls that I received were in violation. This can amount to four separate fines levied a***nst the Tele Marketer.

November 4, 2009I received 5 calls today on my cell phone from this number. There was back ground noise at the other end with no voice response.Calls received at 7:37a, 7:38a, 7:54a, 7:55a and 11:31aAny ideas how I can stop the caller from calling my cell?

Today I saw a missed call on my mobile phone from this number at 06:27 pm, when I called back, the voice asked me for a secret code.

Called and when my voice mail picked up, they ***g up. Got the ****ing up on "tape"

I keep getting calls from this number.. over and over a***n!usually they **** up, last time they left a message.. it was all in a different language yelling in the phone the WHOLE time, so I deleted it.getting REALLY annoying!

Got a call twice this afternoon, when I called back, no one answered but a recorded msg asking me to enter authorization code.

Called me at 7:20 am and did not leave a message.  No caller ID.  When I called back I got a recording asking me for a code.
