I am getting 2 calls a day from this number.... who is it??

I've been getting a call from this number at least once a week for months on end now. No actual message gets left, but it does beep a few times. Almost like a fax trying to connect, but it's not.Been on the do not call list for almost a year. Gee, good to see how well that works.

It had called several times, and I didn't bother to pick it up before until just now. The caller ID that they were using while calling to my home phone was "Brit. Columbia". When I picked it up, it sounded like the phone was connected to a fax ma****e, and no one answered the call.

I had a couple calls today too and ***ody was on the other side when I answered!

I've been getting calls for several days now. when I pick up, no one answers. when I called back the message said that they were calling for the Delta Firefighters.  It must be some kind of automatic calling ma****e. I registered for the National do not call list some time ago but I still get these annoying calls
