called offering discount on my telus mobile and home services, sent me legit looking emails that i thought was from telus. they scammed me and my bank and telus they put in a charge to my bank from telus mobility so the bank thought it was telus also

Identified themselves as Telus Communications Department, that triggered me right away. They had my name, phone number and address but couldn't email me the promo (without asking for my email).

Caller doesn't speak good English and so many talking in the background it's hard to hear what he's saying other than Telus so****ing

Offered 40% discount for the next 2 years. When asked what the catch was they ***g up. East Indian accent.

Offering discounts to loyalty customers and seniors.

Person said they were with Telus offering discounts to Seniors. To grant them asked for personal information and credit card verification.

Offering better home phone plan. Unfortunately very rude if they really do work for Telus.

Offered a better deal on "phonic" services
