i have never called into your number for any type of services.  i recieved a message on my phone 8/5/2009 stating that i was signed up with your company and i said stop on my phone. then i received a message that stated they would cancel my subscription. i said i better not get billed i never was a subscriber.  then i got my bill from my verizon wireless company and there was a bill for $9.99 to your company.  i wish to get a full refund of these charges!!
