Calls me everyday 3 times a day who the***** is this

If u say not to contact u at ur job, they cannot. It is illegal for them to discuss ur acct with ur place of employment.

This company called my job and asked for a manager after I had already discussed the account with them on my cell phone. I am an Office Manager so I answer the phone he recognized my voice and asked for the manager when I told him I was the manager he ***g up.  I have asked them not to contact me on my job.  Can they do this?

he fact that he refuses to identify himself and why he's calling is a violation of federal debt collection laws.  On that point alone, you can report him to the Federal Trade Commission and your state's attorney general. They call at least 4 times a day. They never leave a message and I have no idea who this is????
