Has called me 6 times in the past 8 days. My insurance coverage has terminated with CIGNA. They are not leaving messages. I also never used their mail order drug service. I did a reverse look up to find out who this number belonged to.

This number is for Cigna Insurance and they want to get Cigna customers to use their mail delivered prescription service. They are rather unprofessional.

You people are *****s. This is a legit company. CIGNA Tel-Drug is a mail order pharmacy that is owned by CIGNA. Look it up. We need to verify name, dob, and ins id# or ssn to prove we are talking to the correct person per the HIPAA laws that your congressmen and women signed into law.

I have received two calls with no messages so far. Plus, I am not expecting any perscriptions and I don't ever buy them through Cigna.Also, don't scammers need your DOB and the last 4 of your social in order to get all your info?

Claimed to be a Cigna Insurance representative with a need to discuss an account, however would not leave a purpose or call-back number. Such calls, if legitimate, would typically go through HR, not direct to the home.
I have recieved 4 calls in total, they never leave a message
They said they were from Cigna and wanted to talk to me about my prescription plan. They wanted me to verify my DOB to prove it is me that are talking to. I declined, thinking it is a identify theft scam. I tried to call Cigna to report them, but I could not navigate their automated telephone answering system
I called the number that is on the Cigna-Tel website to tell them to stop calling. No answer. No answering service. This is a fraud operation out of Sioux Falls. Do not give them any personal information -- They will ask for it -- and tell them not to call a***n.
The person is rude. When I told him that we will contact them if we are interested in their plan, he insisted I need to provide my son's birthday for him to tell me how much we can save. After I repeated that we will contact them when we are interested in their plan, he said that since I won't able to make decision, what is the better time for him to contact my husband. It is not proper for him to say it.
this is a legit telephone call. I do not know why you other people are not getting the message or why they are calling non subscribers. call them at 1****353784 to remove... it is a courtesy call from Cigna Tel Drug mail order pharmacy calling to remind that they are shipping a prescription.
Call back, press option three for pharmacist, tell them that you don't want anymore calls (you'll have the option of them only mailing you the info, in case you c****e your mind), they'll ask you for your member id or other info to verify and then they'll send an order to suppress any future calls. If you are getting these calls that means you are getting prescriptions covered by them, they are just trying to give you a cheaper option (for you and for them of course).

I usually complain about such calls, but in fairness, I have to report calls that I found undeserving of complaints as well. This number is one such case. And no, I don't work for these people. After a few calls and checking the number on the net, I answered. It turns out they represent Cigna insurance (for one), which I have, and offer setting up your Rx perscriptions in 3 month supplies for convenience and savings. It saved me exactly $100 per year, and I even got the name ***nd now, plus I don't have to run to the pharmacy each month because it comes in the mail. If you have no business with Cigna, they may be calling you representing another carrier, I don't know. But when you answer say "hello" a few times to trigger their equipment to pick up get an operator. If no answer try it a***n when they call. They are calling for a legitimate reason that might be beneficial to you. If you have no business with who they rep or have no need for their service, just tell them so and be done with it. Otherwise listen to them because you might find as I did they offer a good deal. Anyway, I found this to be a legitimate number conducting real business. The representative was extremely polite and professional. Upon request, she provided me verification in many forms including her badge number that allowed me to confirm her iden***y with Cigna. She had no problem when I declined giving her any credit card information for billing (for obvious reasons). She understood, telling me I can input that information on a secure connection from the Cigna site or via mail upon receiving the shipments and bill.
Stop calling me. I do not want my prescriptions by mail.
Unwanted phone call
Keep getting calls that show up as "605-373-0100" on my work cell phone. I don't recognize the number so I don't answer. The caller doesn't leave a msg. It's very annoying.

Calls 10 times a day. some how my answer ma****e doesn't pick up on them. So it rings 10 times before they **** up. If I answer it ****s up. I am handicapped and this is driving me crazy.
