Got an automated call from this number stating that if I owed more than $10,000 in credit card debt i could get my balance down 55% and have 0% interest on the remaining balance. The recording said to press 9 to speak to a representative - gave no option to be removed from the list. I pressed 2 just for the heck of it and it transferred me to a voicemail, but then said the voicemail was full. (If I were to max out every single credit card I own I still wouldn't owe $10,000) I think someone is using cell towers to do this because 391 is a cell phone prefix for South Dakota.
