I get this phone call almost on a daily basis at work, looking for an former employee of mine. I always **** up when it prompts me to, because I'm not who they are looking for. Obviously the person is not here, I wish they would stop calling me.

I just got a call from the number, and it turned out to be a collection agency. No ma****e though, I got a real person. Nice guy.

I have been called twice, when I returned call, they said all circuits busy all day long

Just got two calls within a hour and no one is there.

It's an automated calling system that determines if anyone picks up. If you do, the system marks your number for a return call with a person and a sales pitch. You can expect another call from that number soon.

Message left goes so****ing like this: This message is for..., if you are not ... please **** up. If you are listening to this message then you are agreeing that you are ..." and so on stating they are attempting to collect a debt. Is this LEGAL?
