We have been customers of Wells Fargo Financial for over 15 years.  This company never knows what each separate part is up to.  I have recently received text messages from them as well as phone calls.  When I called the main number to investigate, no one knew anything about texts or calls.  The customer service reps couldn't find any problems with my acct, so they actually connected me to their Fraud department.  The guy there was embarrassed to discover that the calls and texts really were from Wells Fargo.  He said that Fraud had no idea they were doing this, but that my accounts all showed that they were either current or had an authorized payment plan.  He had NO IDEA why they would be calling and texting me repeatedly.  I think it's a case of someone in collections doing some things they aren't supposed to do and then lying and saying they don't do it.  I think they must be desperate!  They also use 503-403-2686.

I get about 20 to 40 calls everyday from them. I told them to stop calling my cell, work & home phone number but I still get the calls. Alot of ****-ups. What can I do?

They are calling for Crystal. Told them I am not Crystal, but I just got this phone. They will not stop calling, so you are washed up Erica. I suspect you are in collections and therefor are clueless as what the law says.

If you are recieving 27 calls in a day, do***ent each time they call you...the number and the time. Contact your local District Attorney's office with this information. You should be able to file a complaint online. They will contact Wells Fargo and the calls WILL stop.  No one, I don't care if you owe them money or not, should call 27 times in one day. It's harrassment. Plain and simple.

*** this is soooooo annoying!  I told them several times to stop calling my cell!  Someone else had this number in the past and owes Wells Fargo.  I called them and informed the rep of this and he said my number would be removed from the call list.  I ***g up, and two minutes later, they called a***n! Ugh...

Caller ID says Wells Fargo. Don't do business with them. Answered, but no one answers the line.

They call relentlessly on my cell phone and my home phone sometimes 15 times a day nights weekends no matter what time. They have treated me like a criminal when I have over and over explained to them about my account. They need to be stopped they are agressive, rude, demanding and not willing to help. They have no solutions except PAY ME KNOW or go to jail!

Nothing like a call from Wells Fargo at 8am on a Sunday morning to brighten your day.  Fred ****... ****!!! So true!!

these guys need a life. i had wells fargo called me 11 times in 8 min. and 19 times for the day.

relentless phone call - need to stop - this numebr was owned by someone else and they still keep it up

I got tried of them calling me so I set the selective call forwarding feature on my phone so that it forwards all of their calls to our non-emergency police department number. They can explain to them why they keep harassing me.I've told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number, I've never had any dealings with wells fargo bank.

Called trying to get me to accept the new Wells Fargo Stage Coach Credit Card.I have told them I am not interested several times but they won't give up. Mrs. Jane Madison got very rude when I told her I did not want the card. I'm thinking of filing a complaint over her rude comments. i am constantly getting calls at work, even though i have asked them several time to now call me there, but you know its just getting tiring. what can i do , i already have my confirmation #,  ***

constant on both my cell and home phone - someone said it's wells fargo - I have paid them - not overdue - why can't they leave a message?!!!

receiving back to back phone calls from this number to my cell phone. there is never a message and when i answer someone ****s up. also on the job my cell vi***tes all the time with the 605 # its very distracting and my soul purpose for having my cell on me at work is for emergency calls from my family to avoid getting calls on the job phone. my only option if it does not stop is to c****e my phone number.

Erica - that was a really ****** remark.  A lot of people get new phone numbers only to find themselves harassed my collectors trying to reach the person who previously had the number.  It's not my responsibility to pay anyone else's debts.  They get calls from Wells Fargo, HSBC, Capital One, Sallie Mae, and god only knows who else - all on my phone number.  Even after I get them to remove the number, they put it back in every three months or so and I go through the same harassment all over a***n.We need legislation that outlaws the use of automatic dialers used for the purpose of harassment.  They know good and well they are causing a phone to ring repeatedly and in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.Just in the last hour I have received 27 calls from Wells Fargo using 605-782-5041, 888-254-8110, 800-832-0202, 800-451-9849, & 800-322-9782, and the day has just begun.

Yes money is owed but I am working with the local offices and they are slow processing information given . They call everyday even Sunday.  S****ing as early as 7:30am   thru to after 9pm.  Even talking to them 8 to 10 times a dayand continuosly repeating the steps that we are working on to settle this debt, 3 called the same day that I had advised tge coolections rep thatwe were going and would  be in a famly funeral. They even called in middle ofthe funeral. This just too much. I ask them not to call my dad who is 91 yrs old(with some memory loss) and a heart condition -he should not have to endure these calls when I ask them to call only me. I hope with the continued loss of jobs in the entire U. S. they would try to be more emphatic do tothe economy now. They are not immune to losing their jobs and can be on the receiving end of this type of call

I am already working on consolidating my debts and still get calls. 19. How can I stop a collection agency from contacting me? Although not required, your letter should be sent by certified mail, "return receipt requested" so you have proof of delivery. Once the agency receives your letter, its collectors can only contact you one final time to advise collection efforts are being terminated, explain what remedies are ordinarily invoked by the creditor, or explain the remedies they plan to seek. After that, collection efforts by that third party debt collector must stop. Do NOT owe them any money - still get these calls

Its a collection call from Wells Fargo Financial, Inc.. They have automated dialing and will call over and over a***n even if you answer the call.  If you wait for 20-30 seconds after you pick up, you will be directed to a customer service. The only reason they a calling you is because you owe them money. So pay your bill or tell them to make payment arrangements w/ you and the calls will stop.  They also call from 800-832-0202 & 800-322-9782.

And they will call 7-10 times a day they are rude and and just don't care what you tell them they will call you every day! They are a bill collection department for Wells Fargo Financial they have several numbers I will post them also good luck getting them to stop If you owe them If you don't file a complaint with w***ver will listen or just save there number and set there ring to silent

If you call the number back it states that it is Wells Fargo Financial Cards

They do not say anything, only a breathing sound.

get calls from this number on my cell phone every 1/2 hour all day long. No one is there so I stopped answering. They still keep calling. Wish I knew how to make it stop. Really, really annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
