Called as a creditor trying to reach my neighbor, who ironically has only one credit card. Her card is not through the company who called.

They call pertaining to a credit card account. They say that your credit card payment is past due. Usually for 1st Premier Credit Card.

Got a call from 605-884-4044 on my cell phone indicating they issued me a Master Card and wanted to know if I still wanted it as I hadn't used it since Apr (now June).  I have never given my cell phone number out and asked how they got it.  They said it was the one on record.  They asked for my address and I asked what they had on record and they evaded the question.  I ***g up.

This is from a company called Premier Bank Card. Even if you say that the person is not there, they will call back in about 10 mins and it will be a different person.
