I have just figured out the hold their phone service through Quest Telecommunications, Actual Name Unavailable, Meaning they are a highly Anonymous or Secure line. Disregard Previous Info, As Im not too sure!

According to my Phone Record Database In front of me, The Exact Company name on record is Quest Corporation! After Some research (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qwest_Corporation) Ive positively Identified them as a FRAUDULENT Company, Or They Gave the Phone Company FRAUDULENT Information as to who they are, But then I remembered they Are a Telecommunications industry(Phone Company). This company called, and left me a message saying "this is bank corp calling about your card give us a call back at 6059883381."  When I call back a recording asks me to give them all kinds of personal info inclulding my social surcurty number, and card number. The only message I left was my name, and number twice, and still have not received any call regaurding this so called matter.

That number IS Bancorp Bank Fraud Dept. which is associated with Western Union's prepaid Mastercard. They are legit.

No ID can't understand message
