About once a week this number shows up on my caller id several times a day.  Either a few minutes between calls or a few hours.  No one leaves a message. No answer when I try to call back. Reverse# look up indicates that it is an unpublished landline out of Ithaca NY

calls, can hardly understand the person; female, very bad "engrish" and they sound like they are reading from a script.  they call one day and want to speak to a certain person, the next time they call they say they are doing a survey (they*****ounced it "surway"), it's either a scam or a phishing attempt to ***n information.  i have caller id, and just added it to the small list i keep next to the phone to ignore.  they never let the phone ring more than 4 times and they never leave a message.

i dont want them calling my number....
