Said that they were calling about a personal business matter.

Wouldn't tell me what they were calling about, only personal business. If YOU call me, YOU identify yourself first.

Asked if they were speaking to the right person. Told me they were calling about a personal matter and needed to verify my home address. I refused as the individual wouldn't identify themselves.

They said they were calling on a personal buisness matter.

Robo call. They asked me who I was and identifiable info (too much too soon). I don't play that game! You tell me who YOU are and why YOU are calling. Anybody legit will tell you right out of the gate who they are and why they are calling.
