A threat to not be able to legally speak to a civil complaint, if you do not respond to their "mediation." Failure to do so would result in the matter being "turned over to the local jusisdiction," for serving. These actions (as well as their notification by robo- call) are not legal in most states & cimmonwealths.

I keep getting calls from this number saying a civil suit has been filed a***nst me and that I should have my attorney call. I called this number and they tried to get money from me, they were really upset that I called from a number that was not my cell phone and they actually called me back to tell me that they were having my wages garnished. They didn't have my wages garnished.

They said a civil complaint was filed a***nst me & if I don't return their call, I automatically forfeit my rights.

They call first thing in the am and several times through out the day and never leave a message.
