I got the call at 8 this morning (PDT) and they left a 24-second, totally silent message. It was probably a computer waiting for me to pick up.

How to report them or get them shut down ???

Same thing for me. This company has called me a handful of times using different numbers. It is completely illegal. I'm on the do not call list. They also use a recorded message to play which is illegal.

Message offering to lower my interest rates. I do not have any credit cards or accounts so I believe that this is a scam.

They too contacted me about lowering my interest rate on my "accounts". I waited through the recorded message so i could tell them to take me off the list. the guy couldn't explain who they were. i asked which of my cards he was talking about and he said " any of your accounts" lol seriously when i said to take me off the call list he s****ed cussing at me.. true story.. im still laughing.
