Very persistent, calls several times a day at varying hours. Learned that WB&A is a marketing research firm, so they are not affected by Do Not Call regulations because they conduct surveys.They are calling for my recently graduated high school senior and will not speak to anyone but him, and can get quite rude about it. My son finally got the call and they said they wanted to ask him questions about his college applications. However, they would not answer any of his questions or tell him what college they were doing the survey for so he told them he was not interested in parti****ting. Regardless, they continue to call every day. We just don't answer any more. Very annoying.

Fished for financial information and did not say who they were.

My high school senior has declared a pre law major/plan for next fall at his university. Caller left no message.

WB & A is apparently a phone survey company doing business mainly in Maryland, but also elsewhere. You can Google them. This particular number is in Ithica, NY, and the caller could barely speak English. This company is apparently hired to do all sorts of survey calls, including an impressive list of clients. Survey calls do not fall under the restrictions of the Do Not Call List, unfortunately.

Received call but I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the name (WB & A).No message was left.  They are not observing the Do Not Call List!
