Automated voice mail saying tax deficiency and tax fraud. The dead give away is the claim that this is a "final attempt", when this is the first I've heard of it. Bogus.
Call says it's from the U.S. Treasury Dept and that a law suit has been filed a***nst us for tax fraud.

Let call go to Voicemail and got an automated female voice telling me this is a final attempt from US Treasury Department to reach me as they filed lawsuit a***nst me for tax deficiency and fraud. To please call number back and speak to a federal agent.
If I don't call, they'll sue me for tax evasion, I guess.
