Scam, scam, scam… please scram. Wait, if the IRS is a Federal en***y wouldn't this be "impersonating a federal office"

This is the 2nd call that I have received but the first from this telephone number. Imagine anyone calling stating: "If you don't return our call, you will be picked up by the local cops"! The first call about a month ago was almost identical but was from number: 470-481-0901 and was from Atlanta, GA.

Same as all the comments above. Its all spam but what I want to know is, the people that are sending out these messages, what are they getting out of annoying and scaring ppl?

Multiple calls, never answered. 12:39pm same time as yes****ay. Today 3-23-2018 Pacific Time. Caller id says NY, USA. Arrest threateing claiming to call on behalf of the IRS

Spam IRS call threatening me to call before the local cops pick me up

Left a voicemail that says they are “Investigation team of IRS” and that the local “cops” are coming to get me. You would think they would have somebody proof read the script before leaving it on a bunch of peoples voicemails. Idiots. 100% a scam. They also called and left me the same voicemail from 607-595-0139

I received 2 calls in a row with the same partial voicemail threatening my arrest and that I needed to get back to the caller immediately...definitely a scam!

Robo recording claiming to be affiliated with the IRS. There are 4 allegations on my tax filing. If I don't call them back within 24 hours I will be arrested by the local cops. Bahahahaha, come take me away.

'serious allegations' scam. First part was cut off so I can't tell who is calling exactly but it's the same comment as other people. Block it.

Some garbage about "serious allegations" a***nst me, the local authorities will take me into custody if I don't call the number and presumably turn over my iden***y. Robocall was in hilariously broken English and is obviously an extortion racket.

S****ed....is expired and that I will soon be under custody of the local cops , that there are 4 serious allegations under my name, asked me to call this number to discuss matter. Obvious scam/threatening call.
