They called regarding the intrest rate on my 'credit card' When I asked them to identify themselves they ***g up. Probably a scam meant to target people who don't ask too many questions.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone and when I try to call it back it is always busy, I have a feeling this is a scam and I would not give out any information or any thing else. I am not going to try a***n to get a hold of them. I have delt with calls like this and all they want is your information so they can take every thing you own and destroy your credit

In addition to robo-calling my unlisted cell phone, and not saying what credit card company they represent, the caller from 607-758-3297 asks you to push "1" for more info or "2" to disconnect -- I don't suppose interacting like that could compromise the security of your phone?

Do not share you information with them, this is fraud

I asked who they were and they ***g up immediately. Every time I try to call back to dig for more info, the line is busy. Total scam.

Said they were a credit card company and this was my last chance to lower my intrest rates. Didn't mention what credit card company they were, I do not have any credit cards so Its a scam.

Almost certainly a scam. They say they are "Account Services" and can lower your interest rate, but they don't specify who they actually are.

Comes up OCM BOCES. It's a recording telling me that it's my last chance to lower my credit card interest rates (I have zero credit cards). SCAM!
