Received a number of threatening messages regarding legal action a***nst me and my "property". Speaker had heavy accent and the Caller ID indicated the number belonged to a ***l Holliday.

Received a call on 11-21-2014, said is name was Jack Smith from the IRS said I needed to call him back before they send police to pick me up for non payment of debt.

called said his name is officer mark taylor, from tax crime investigation.. so i asked him the amendments he yelled at me. saying its not important lol ..

Called me saying he was Officer Brown but he had a heavy accent, possibly Indian. He had my name, Said there was a legal action a***nst me and I should call hm right away. Yea right. I'm just wondering how he got my name and phone number.

calling me in TX and he yells allot. His name was John Olson. I'm calling the local authorities. Said he was investigating for the IRS.

He calls about twice a week. I tell him I have Lifelock and he ****s up. Weird guy, not to ard to get him yelling at you. Yep he sure sounds legit...NOT.

I have also received calls from this number constantly! I have never had a payday loan! Daniel Wilson also said to me that he was from the State Attorney's office, funny it's a 607 number but my area code is 803!

They called from what appeared to be a local number saying they were calling from the States Attorney office saying that there is a case pending for me that this was a final attempt to contact me for the case...I knew better and ***g up this is BS

they called to saying call travis walker and an indain answered saying his name is daniel wilson and speak to account brian mk kalister

they called me and said that I owe money to a payday loan, I have only gotten ONE payday loan in my life and I paid it back..they said that the US Marshall would be at my house tomorrow and that they would call my job to let them know what I have "done" I told them that I have never heard of this company and that I would give him my lawyer's info so that he can send him the do***ents and then they ***g up..these guys are scammers and im not afraid..SUCH LOSERS!

Appears to be a scam trying to collect outstanding payday loans. I have contacted attorney generals office.
