Call was just 1 ring -- but couldn't be hung up nor deleted. It seemed to freeze. Had to remove batteries to reset the phone. When we recheck the phone for a caller ID, there was no call recorded(!?). Do not know if it was a telemarketer or not. This call was not a text.

This call was a "one-ringer" which likely indicates that someone(or multiple) has reported this number (many times?) No message. And curiously, the caller ID did not show up (but briefly) and then the phone would not disengage. Had to remove battery and preplace to get back to operable. Do not know if it was a telemarketer. A guy who claims he works for a Medicare offset company to help you because there are extra benefits you may have coming to you in your area. He sounds like an old guy but then asks for your Medicare numbers. He knew my name and that I had medicare.

Said he was calling to give me a $600 credit on wrongful use of a Chase Bank Credit Card that was cancelled last month. I advised how good in bed his mother is.

This call came from 608-371-6666. There was a message "get your free medic alert" and then "press 9 if you wish to opt out." which we done now 2 times. AND, the caller id was "NOMOROBO". which makes the at the very least a spoofing call. .. and if one believes the caller and continues with the call, it very well may be a solitation and or a scam call.

The CID said Henig Furs. The caller said she was from UF, and asked for my husband, an alumnus. I asked the lady if they spoofed numbers now. The number checked out from Wisconsin, not Florida.

They calling regarding a lawsuit between Lawrence Livermore Lab and life insurance com. My dad worked at the LLL for years and the guy was saying that we were owed $1000. Now that I think about this I am really worried because he got me to verify my address and I was so shocked by the call I didn't get any information. I was so stupid!!!

This number rang my home phone and it rang only once...it was immediately followed by 608 371 6666 showing NoMoRobo. Person wished to talk about religion and I hung up. They're obviously able to bypass the NoMoRobo number somehow and making it seem as if it's NoMoRobo calling you!

The name comes up as NOMOROBO - that is a service used to block these calls. They are trying to get you to pick up the phone so you think it is actually NOMOROBO calling. UGH>>>>

I'm getting many calls from NOMOROBO and they are different people who can't speak good English, I can only block 25 numbers on my system and I do belong to a No More Robot Callers company because of all the Robot calls I have been getting. Now I getting calls for NOMOROBO!!! What's going on????

Caller ID was Nomorobo, but I had just hung up from calling my doctor’s office and was expecting a callback, so I answered it, because the clinic has hundreds, if not thousands of numbers associated with it, and my phone would not recognize them. It was my doctor’s assistant, and she got the ball rolling for some very important testing. I’m glad I answered this Nomorobo call. Just to let you know.

These callers are trying to get enough information on a timeshare contract to cheat you out of it, or scam your week. I contacted the actual company in Mountainview, California and they acknowledged that they were trying to shut down this fraud, but due to Mexican jurisdiction, hadn’t gotten very far. My advise is to block their number and most certainly don’t fall for their crap and give them any personal or contract information.

This number was used by a charity collecting donations for veterans. I wanted to change the pick up date and when I called the number I got the Robo call messsge. At the time, I didn't realize the number was not from a real charity.

First got a call that my caller ID read as "Unknown Caller" and the blocker stopped it after one ring. Within 15 seconds, got the call showing the number as 608-371-666. A man (no accent) said he was calling for my mother-in-law but totally botched the pronunciation of her first and last names (and they're not that difficult to say). He said he was a process server from Clark County, Nevada (where she used to live), and she had a court summons he was trying to serve. I tried to explain to him that he's mispronounce both names, AND that she's been dead for over two years. He interrupted me to say "I couldn't care less!" So I hung up on him. Jerk.

Ironically, this number belongs to Nomorobo, which is a service that enables you to block robocalls. I realized this after I tried to add the number to my blocked callers list via the website, nomorobo.com. So if this is a service you have subscribed to, this is their number. Oddly, they did not leave a message, but the number is displayed on their site as the number to call to block robocalls.

Call at least twice a day. No message but could hear younger voices in the background before they hung up. Several other forums reported they are spammers with different scams (one said they were a lawyer and wanted personal info, other wanted to sell a medical device etc.) Several include me have nomorobo and reported the number but they keep calling (which is unusual as nomorobo works well: must be some new tech workaround)
