Calls several times, doesn't leave a message. When I called the number back from a landline, it goes to a fast busy signal.

Did not answer, no voice msg. The other comments about student loans does not surprise me, as I've been getting flooded with calls after giving my info to a university that turned out to be a paper mill. My blocked number list has grown greatly since then, adding this one to the heap.
